As an FYI, I just ran into this problem. When printing 30x42 documents from Acrobat versions 5 and 6, the image will be printed in the wrong orientation in relation to the paper which results in getting a 30x30 image on a 30x42 sheet. PlotBase correctly rotates the image, but since there isn't any print data sent from the application for that extra 12", that part comes out blank.

I loaded Acrobat 7.0 and it printed fine. The print still comes to Plotbase in the wrong orientation, (42x30 instead of 30x42) but all the data is there and PlotBase rotates the page automatically onto 30x42 paper and all the data is present.

From all our tests it appears that Acrobat 7.0 has fully resolved the 600 dpi >C size clipped print issue. Appreciate it if anyone finds any exception to this, to post note of it here or email me as desired.

Also, if any 'Bluebeam created PDFs cause any issues within PLOTBASE or printing through WINPRINT, it will be helpful to hear about it.

Thanks
I just came from an account. They are running Acrobat 7.0, they are able to scan to pdf, when they try to print they are only able to print a few inches of the drawing and the rest of the page is blank.

A few times the Plotbase server just hung, we have 512MB. We then came up with an Adobe Acrobat error, I clicked to send the report to MS and was then prompted that there is a problem with Adobe Acrobat 7.0, the MS prompt told the customer to contact Adobe.

The customer is going to contact them, has anyone else had this problem??
