1515 won't print fax on legal size. | Print4Pay Hotel

Any one had a problem with the 1515 receiving faxes on Legal size paper? I've got several 1515's just delivered to a bank that is going to return them if we can't resolve this. Tech support has been notified and they do not have an answer as of yet.

We don't have any of these yet, but what little I've read about it tells me that these are like the 1013. You may be able to receive legal faxes by programming the bypass for legal paper, and then using that as the legal paper source. (Of course, it's only 100 sheets.)

If that doesn't work, then you're going to need the optional paper deck for legal paper.

Thank you for your response Star1. I oppologize, my original message is a little unclear. They did purchase the optional legal trays with the 1515's. That's the problem. It will copy onto to legal, but legal faxes sent in will not print out from the legal tray.
