I have an account that wants to turn off the physical fax confirmation, in order to reduce the number of clicks.
Any info on how to do this would be greatly appreciated, as I was unable to accomplish it.

You need to make a change to one of the User Parameters. By default all of our fax systems has this feature turned on. Follow these steps to turn off the automatic printing of transmission reports. Once this is turned off, it will only print "error" confirmation reports.
Press User Tools/Fax Features/Key Op Tools/Parameter Settings/Select Switch Number, for our case, select switch 03/Select Bit Number, for our case, select Bit 0. Change setting to 0(Off) or 1(On). You want to make sure this setting is 0 to turn off the automatic printing of transmission reports.
