i have a customer who has changed and forgot the web browser password.I have enterd into service program mode and their is an sp that resets network password but this has not worked for the web browser.I have used the nib set up tool but this comes up with a message "this device is protected by a password" getting lost now need help,i know on the 551/700 nib there is a factory reset does anyone know of a simmilar instance on the 1060 nib?

Reset the password in SP as you've done. The password is now blank (no password). You need to use change the password back to 'password' if that's what you want.

Did you get it?
the Nib can be reset by going to 5-801-011 NCS clear. You can also Telnet into the Nic and clear the passcode
