John, The PrintCopy Tool compares pretty favorably to Plotworks. I attached two documents to this post. The Product Support Guide lists differences between the two products. The PowerPoint has screen shots of all the settings in PrintCopy Tool. I hope this helps.

One of my large medical accounts contacted me about this one. They were totally freaked out over this potential threat even though they had no machines in their fleet with the vulnerability. Meanwhile you could walk to almost any fax machine in any of their locations and grab patient info from the fax trays.

I just ran into a similar situation. However the IT guy wasn't so bull headed. He gave me the run down of HP's history and how they have gone down the tubes. This guy won't put any HP on his network. HP obviously stands for Hewllett and Packard. These were two genious electronic engineers that made commercial grade electronic devices;none associated with computers. Avoid Insulting the Customer Obvious, right? Well, people do it without even realizing by using comments like "did you understand that?" and "are you following what I'm saying?". This automatically shrinks the customers' intelligence and ability to catch on.
