Increased Demand for A4 due to COVID?

gap ·
Wondering if anyone is selling more A4 (desktops) due to the COVID landscape and to support employees working from home? If so, what features/functions are the most valuable to these customers? Looking for any info on this topic or how demand/usage for A4 has changed. Thanks!

I haven't seen any, and more probably because we don't play in the market with sub $1,000 devices. We will sell them more as needed when a user has a request. A week ago my son told me that he went to Staples to buy a sub $500 laser printer and they had none. Tells me there is a lot of buying happening in the sub $1,000 range for laser devices.

Thanks Art. Yeah, I think there is demand on the transacational side of the channel. We are seeing that there is super low hardware inventory across online resellers too. Essentially availability for consumer/SOHO devices has been declining since March.

I spoke with a law student graduate in the Pacific North West a month ago, he informed me the local Staples offered a law graduate package, HP Laptop and Laserjet printer with a service package all for $199.00 per month for 48 months. not exactly sure what is included in the service package. The Staples was sold out of offering in 5 days. I wonder how many of these packages they sold?
