Art, I would agree to obvious fact that there are indeed A3 requirements. However, If sellers were concerned about a customer's service cpc based at 5k a month or less. They wouldn't prematurely do buyouts and add unnecessary cost to customers. The obsession to chase revenue has and continues to cost dealers service profitability. Ray is right....to a degree. 2020 was the first year I ran into a competitive situation with a customers IT provider. In one situation they were pushing A4 HP and in another A4 Lexmark against my A3 Ricoh. In the end I sold them both A4 Ricoh and kept the accounts but this was something I had never run into before and I can see this being a bigger issue as we move forward.

My friend thanks for commenting and you are correct. The outside competitive threats are coming. All dealers must prepare.
