I saw that Canon offered dealer and customer discounts on imageCLASS A4 devices and toners that were positioned as work-from-home promos to help support customers during COVID. Has anyone sold these in the past few months or can anyone speak to the success of selling A4 during COVID? Thanks.

I don't sell the imageclass products. I find their CPP to be way to high.t We sell the brother products instead.

@Jason H Out of curiosity, have you seen an increase in demand for A4 desktop models (Brother or any other brands you sell) since COVID started?

@gap not really. We have placed some units in homes but it seems that the clients we've been dealing with have not made any drastic adjustments yet to their equipment. We sell a good but of A4 but I haven't seen an uptick in them then what we did before COVID.
