I'm hoping we can answer this for one of our members that sent me an email. "We work with a large medical group that is opening 4 locations in 60 days. Each location needs a 45ppm A3 device (color). I can land this deal if we can deliver on 3/1, otherwise I need to pass and let them know so they can use someone else. Typically we would be ordered them Konica Minolta equipment off of the Premier Healthcare GPO pricelist which is very aggressive. We currently have no A3 color in stock that...

Does you dealership have good connections with brokers? My experience has been that customers are pretty understanding about the current supply chain issues. I would supplement pre-owned as needed and adjust your prices or give them loaners until the new equipment comes in.
