Ted - the AC104 is the same unit as the Samsung SCX-4216 little mfp. We are a Samsung fax dealer and I have sold several of the Samsung models - they are nice when competing with Office Depot type units. FYI, I saw the Samsung units at Sams Club once for around $300.

I went to Tractor Supply this morning when I heard they had batteries, waited in line for an hour only to find out they were open if you were buying a generator. However, I thought of a place off the beaten path "Office Depot" that had more than I needed! Thanks for the thought though. You guys are great friends to have!

Here is an idea to take care of the service techs who take care of you. They see the customer more than you and it does help everyone involved. Share your Aficio league pionts or whatever givex you points for gift certificates to a Sears, Home Depot Best Buy etc. I take care of my techs at twice a year and have a holiday present of $50 for each tech ( I work for a small company) and a Xmas in July with the same $ and also take care of them when I get a large deal. Dean, after a very long process of phone calls and paperwork of becoming HP certified dealer we still buy our HP stuff from tech data or even staples/Office Depot. We have found on pretty much every deal that the customer knows they can go online and buy it, and they are ok with that, so we typically find the best price from any source and go that route. Sometimes tech data or Ingram micro are the best price, sometimes staples is better with discounts and free shipping. Also, there is...

Re: The One Device in Your Office That's Sucking Away Productivity (Infographic)

This is funny, because the article makes no mention that Brother devices have some of the highest cost per page costs, along with consumables that have a hard time delivering yields. More importantly, is it not right to talk at the centralized MFP? Should we all just sit at our desks for four hours at a clip. Medical reports now seem to indicate that sitting is one of the worst things you can do for extended amounts of time.
