Getting it on the Canon C5540i.

John, I just searched the CANON KB and don't see anything on this code. Are you sure that is the error code that the Canon is showing? Have you called ITC for support? They have been great to work with on technical issues. Vince

Can you spot the error?

Really need some help with this issue. Any UK or European dealers using the K3 interface to connect an external paystation/coin box? This issue is with a Canon C5540i and ITC Paystation Elite. We are getting random 719-0041-42 codes and cannot figure out the cause. Any help is much appreciated.

I have an IR5540i hooked up to a ITC paystation elite and we are getting these error codes. We are using the Canon serial interface K3 for the connection of the two units. Technicians cannot pinpoint the cause. Any ideas???

Labor Day weekend is just about over. The end of the fiscal year 2018 is only 120 some days from gasping it's last breath.
