The short answer is a simple scanning solution that can be personalized per user. One of the benefits is that the end user can set this up themselves and make changes to destinations or make changes to the workflow with no IT intervention. Wonderful solution, use it all the time when SMB scanning continues to fail! program points from MFP to PC via a pin code, needs no IT intervention and its much easier and quicker to set up than Scan to folder the traditional way!

We save a ton of tech time with Pinpoint scan, also we have been installing this feature in all new Kyocera copiers we sell - Make's IT happy less work for them
