Need HP with HP T2500 MFP Plotter

Client has called me and states that every now and then the T2500 HP goes into an auto "configuration". The system has done this in the past. However, with a most recent auto configuration the HP T2500 plotter is not coming out of the configuration process. Seems the entire system is hung. Tried re-booting and shutting the entire system down a few times. Can anyone help with this???
