Yes, I've seen this from authorized dealers. 6 months later they called the customer and asked for their meter count and sent a bill for $700. More and more I'm seeing copies included in the lease. IMO that's cheeky, especially when a lease buyout is involved. How do you pick that apart? A customer shouldn't have to pay for service not rendered.
