If you're looking for CRM support then I suggest you find another dealer that is using a CRM program, your old school dealer will not last much longer. Going door to door is more about picking and choosing who you want to visit. I will only pay them a visit now when I can't get anywhere with phone calls, email, social media and regular mail.

First, on Ted's issue, DURING the initial install of Scan Router Admin, you have to choose RUN AS SERVICE and it will start up and run in the background all the time when the computer is re-booted. I have done this on 98/ME machines, NT 4.0 Server and Workstation, Win2K server and Pro, and WinXP. That's true. It is built into the program, but you have to make sure you read all of the charges that apply to the installation. As for what Art says above. This is highly adviseable depending on the client and relationship. Incenting the dealer and mostly the rep that will conduct the install will certainly build upon a stronger link out of territory. And this will make for a less stressful experience moving forward for your local office.

There also is no Propoerty Tax for any deals under $25,000, 30 day NET plus 15 Day Grace period before late penalties, Buy-out to Return is less than sum of payments, and their end-of-lease terms are better than anything I've seen. 36 month FMV with -0- Down is .0271.
