Very interesting now with the decreases in productivity. I always that that there was only a small percentage that could do the job from their home offices without a decrease in productivity. Short term it worked, long term is another story it seems

I know I personally couldn't work from home and maintain my productivity. There is something about being "at the office" that puts me in the work mindset. My wife on the other hand works from home 3 days a week and loves it. I guess everyone is different.

yup, we are all different. Early in COVID my productivity was through the roof. Now after almost two years I need to go to the office at least 3 days a week.
