Jason R, is the OCE you are talking about ink jet or is it toner? I am aware of the OCE Arizona (think that's the name) but it is ink jet. I don't know of any other options that they have. Let me know if the one you are talking about is toner or ink based. Thanks

I was in Arizona for a dealer meeting two years ago. Phoenix to Tuscon. I was very surprised by how much military I saw there alongside the touristy routes and remember thinking what a big impact it must have on the general economy. It is crazy inefficent that the US Post office has to deliver on Saturdays. In rural Canada, a lot of people do not get mail delivery to their homes, they must go to a super mailbox with 20-50 individual mail boxes.

Thanks Bill, Idid follow this procedure to no avail. It was on a fresh load of win2k. what happened when loading 3.3 was an error code 1361 in windows.The wide format support person from arizona had experianced similar problems also. Also TSC didn't know why this happened. I did the uninstall as the bulletin says and even used regedit to eliminate all referance to RATIO. Thanks for the info.
