If you're a pro in this business then you'll agree that you're always looking to keep educating yourself on what's new and different, right? For me that's a daily barrage of email alerts from google. Interesting topic Art and security is definitely becoming more important than ever. Ricoh released the automatic firmware updates (they call it Always Current Technology) earlier this year for the IM-series MFPs. Curious if you use that messaging at all in your customer conversations?

In most cases I am using the that talk track when speaking about MFP's in the office. Since the entire line hasn't changed to the IM series I have to change the talk track when presenting the other models that best fit the clients needs
