anyone?? I checked the aficio league and there is no yield for the drum cartridge listed, I'm hoping it's at least 40K

True story: I've only sold one so far. 2 days after delivery the customer stuffed the paper in the drawer all caddy-wampus and jammed the machine. Next they got out their trusty letter opener and went at it through the bypass rather than calling for service (1/4 mile from our office) or removing the cartridge to easily remove the jam. So my experience based on one machine in the field is that the drum lasts about 300 pages.

I have not heard of that, however I would not be surprised!

Our dealership recently received two new units, with bad starter cartridges. This was Mid-march.  We have been told that the black ink is on back order. Has anyone else had any issues with this equipment, or Ricoh supplies?
