ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - The five Florida men charged in a fraud case against Xerox have been indicted. Robert Lee Fisher, David Haynes, Kyle Haynes, Jason Haynes and Bryan Day have been indicted on charges of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
