5 hours today spend on finding these trays. Yes, I finally found them. Seems Ricoh USA was the only one to discontinue these trays. After searching the internet again I then resorted to calling a contact in the Netherlands and South Africa. These out put trays are available through Ricoh Europe, thus if you need one please PM or email me and I can get you the contact person. Art

Another route you can take with these discontinued options is to order the parts through service. For instance the product code for this one is B756 so if you were to go to rfg-esource and search for the product code there is a parts book for the copy tray option and you (service) can order the parts. I have needed to do this with things like fax options.

@msaeger that's a great idea also. We tried that first and could not be ordered. in addition I found that the out put tray for the C6503 is similar in size and heard that it will work. Have someone checking to see if they are available.

When you say you tried to order it do you mean the edp code for the option or the part number? Like the part number for the tray is AF043112.

Wow that is surprising. I mean they need to provide replacement parts what do they expect someone to do if one was sold and gets broken. Good luck! I hope you find a solution.

Yup agreed. I'm working with Copier Solution Shop in the Netherlands for a third party replacement. In addition for right Ricoh Europe is still offering these. I have a contact and can get more. Thinking sooner or later they will run out also

I don't know of any Lexmark printers that staple, A4 or otherwise...only MFD's

I’ll go through my book in a little bit. I’m almost positive there are some that do. Could be wrong but I feel like we were quite impressed with that feature when we first became a dealer.

I second that idea to buy a consumer version of an electronic stapler. "Convenience Stapler" is a misnomer as there is nothing convenient for a $350 electronic stapler

Ricoh Copy Output Tray for MP 9002
Please I need help! Copy Tray Type 9002 is no longer available from Ricoh here in the US. Are they available outside of the US? I need to get two of these. Ricoh Copy Tray type m26 (MP C6503): I'm being told that the M26 tray will work, it's a little different in size but will fit. Can anyone verify that? It's a large order that I can't lose, the client does not have the space for the finishers.

Ricoh has their own ink production unit, from what I know this device is only OEM's by Kyocera. I've heard nothing about a replacement for the Kodak spot at this time. I do know that Ricoh is investing heavily in the P4P arena, my guess is we'll see more devices soon

It’ll be interesting to see what Kyocera can do with it. I’m wondering if their dealer network, aside from a handful of mega dealers are equipped to sell it. Don’t the mega dealers already have a commitment to a production product? How many production products can a service department take on? After all it’s not like they have direct operations to give it away when the layers of dust on the boxes in the warehouse get so thick you can’t read the model numbers. I don't see it either with the dealers and direct locations. Maybe it's a play to have another manufacturer pick the box up. Unless the price is unreal it would be hard to sway those that are already on board with Ricoh (dealers can't sell their ink production as far as I know), Canon, KonicaMinolta. Guess we'll have to wait and see

Are there many earlier adopters in light production print, especially from a company that is new to the space? Kyocera might as well try to sell dump trucks because they make automotive sensors. I’m thinking Mack dealers wouldn’t be to worried and neither are the current makers of big iron. Kyocera struggles to make a quality color toner based product for office use or even desktop color printers. If I sold against them, the augment would be, if toner based technology eludes them, why try...
