I just do not understand why this is necessary. Unless of course you and Art are on some sort of a reward, working for or with the US Inland Revenue people ? We all know who we are, that are any good at selling !!! I do not see any real benefit other than those with Narcissistic tendencies.

Rules of thumb...sell nothing but the need for an appointment on a phone call or initial call. Also never "sell" during your fact-finding for several reasons: 1.) The fact-finding process gets interrupted or stopped. 2.) You come across like a dog salivating over fresh meat. 3.) You tip your hand and lose some of the thunder you will get from your proposal. 4.) You inspire additional questions and thought processes that the prospect will then discuss with competitors. read the rest in the...

Avoid Insulting the Customer Obvious, right? Well, people do it without even realizing by using comments like "did you understand that?" and "are you following what I'm saying?". This automatically shrinks the customers' intelligence and ability to catch on. It is down to your own ability to make the customer understand and therefore if you feel the customer is failing to do so, use comments such as "did I explain that clearly" and so on. The Art of the Copier Deal - How Leasing Incorrectly Makes Changing Difficult.

copier-seo-guy ·
When looking at copier leasing, it is interesting to see how some companies have very little choice on renewing their copiers with their current lease company. It is going to be tricky for them though. About everything is set up so that change is hard, even though their service is bad and the communication is...

In a few of threads that were posted for Production Copiers I see the cost per page was .0039 and .004. Never, ever did I think that A3 black MFP's would go that low. After seeing many bid quotes would it be far fetched to think that black could go down to .0025? I guess for manufacturers or dealerships that aren't doing well, offering such low cost per page pricing on bids can get you cash flow on the short term. However it's going to bite them in the ass long term. I read a report just a...

COVID19 Remote Working Day Two Hundred and Nineteen of Selling Copiers It's Wednesday and it's already been a long, long week for me. I was able to secure a net new at the end of last week for about $30K. Thus I came out of January at about $90K. A nice head start for the quarter.
