Geesh, it's been ten years since the release of the Ricoh MP C615 MFP! The 615 was Ricoh's first and only foray into liquid ink technology for an A3 MFP. Ten years ago this week KonicaMinolta exiting the camera business, and boy oh boy did they make the right move.  A recent thread here on the Print4Pay Hotel forums mentioned KonicaMinolta's jump into the robotics industry.  I believe the article stated KonicaMinolta needed to move towards "more fertile" ground as the imaging industry continues to contract.  It's all about the consumables and I'm sure "bots" and robots will need plenty of those!  Enjoy the threads from ten...

WooHoo! Finally a decent Saturday at the NJ Shore. For our family it was Cousins Day at Monmouth Park in NJ. Cousins get together to share some food, share some drinks and get to place some bets on the ponies. I love going to the track and wish I had more time to do it. A little of news this week is that the US Dollar is growing stronger vs the Japanese Yen. When this has happened in the past Japanese copier manufacturers have decreased pricing here in the States. When you couple this with the Chinese tariffs that may go into effect this week, it could mean that our industry may not see price increases.
