Love it. This all played out in full between the first post and today. I lost a deal to a competitor that I truly have never lost an MFP to. I had my typical pissed off time period where I pretty much hate everything and anything and asked the customer the reasoning. I know that with Ricoh and HP equipment I could remotely do things to disable the device or make the user experience a nightmare if I were so inclined but I have never done anything like that. Its better to work with the customer within reason and simply withhold toner or service until you get payment.
