Who's going to be running the show now? Brent or someone from LYNX. That would be my biggest worry. The way I read it is LYNX now owns Stratix...?? I would be worried about an IT company coming and trying to run a copier business. Much like I see "some" copier businesses trying to run IT Businesses after an acquisition and it is a train wreck. Just my $0.02 though.

Great read. You start by saying that "Change is Good" which is not always true but salespeople seem to always assume that all change is bad. I was Director of Sales and after 4 straight years of growth we had a slight dip in the 5th year. I was demoted to Major Account Sales and my Sales Manager was promoted.
