One item that stands out this week is the launch of the Ricoh fax 1180L. Just a few weeks ago, one of my clients wanted a fax machine. No print, no scan, just a fax. Too my surprise, Ricoh is not offering a stand alone fax anymore. I had to sell one of the smaller A4 devices and I was not happy about it, since the client was coming from a high end fax device. MP C6004SP & Fax Routing to Folder

Had an interesting question posed to me and I don't know if there is a way to make a change with the MFP settings for Fax. On occasions the customers server will go down, during the time that the server is down, incoming faxes will not route to the fax folder, they will then print. The client can't have these faxes out in the open? Is there a setting with the MFP that we could make a change that the faxes would not print but be kept on the hard drive until released?
