So, one of the first IT companies that I know of to sell MFP's. They have offices in the Mid West, and California with many distribution centers. Does this mean that they will be selling copiers in all of these locations??

I was just discussing this with someone the other day who came to work for me from Toshiba. i told him it was difficult to find a while lot of info on this subject and he told me he thought Toshiba had dumped a while lot of money into making this go away.

The sources for this story are not named nor any details confirmed by Toshiba Corp. Toshiba Corp could request Toshiba Tec (an independent subsidiary company) to buy controlling interest in its shares. No mention of Toshiba Tec in Toshiba Corp's big restructuring statement made Dec 21 in Japan. It seems all of the pain will be in Toshiba Corp's consumer electronic business encompassing TVs, appliances and maybe/maybe not the laptop business.
