Study shows some cartridges are a danger

Research published by De Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (ILT) of The
Netherlands
- Focuses on enforcing laws to ensure safety from health hazards
- After extensive testing, found that some third party toner cartridges had a high concentration of hazardous substances, including:
o Bromide
o Lead
o Polybrominated diphenyl ethers
- Did not release brand names of toner cartridges tested
