One of our offices has taken on Sharp. We are very pleased with them as an organization and their support is fantastic. My only thing bad to say is them using a distributor like tech data for equipment. I'd rather have teeth pulled than have to deal with Tech Data, even though after I voiced my displeasure, they have gotten better the last week or two. 

How long are most of you waiting on equipment to get to your office after ordering? We ordered a Skywell for a customer almost 10 days ago. 4th of July plays into it some but I feel like it has been awfully slow to get things.
