The objective of FileHold is to convert intellectual property into a secure organized electronic library. According to GetApp, FileHold is an enterprise grade document management software tool that requires the infrastructure found in most large IT organizations; a dedicated hardware or Virtual Machine Server, Microsoft SQL and Windows Server. Small businesses can subscribe to a SaaS model provided by several FileHold partners.
