Please see other topic we are discussing. The last person you want to sell to is someone in the market. Counter intuitive I know but trust me its true.
Zig Ziglar used to tell the story of a grandmother cooking bisquits but when they came out of the oven they were all flat. When her grandson asked her what happened she said, "they squatted to rise and got cooked in the squat!"

Czech, I don't know how long you have been in the business but for the newbies out there, be careful not to be spending too much time "squatting to rise" or "you might get cooked in the squat." The time to prepare should be done outside of 8:00-5:00 whenever possible. I've seen many a new rep fail by being too slow out of the shute because they were spending way too much time preparing and not enough time executing.
