Hello,

I am very new to this forum. Is there anyone implemented ITIL for a batch support team. What are the various services that can be offered .Does supporting DR part of production support team. can we use ITIL methodologies for supporting non prod work. Is the same teams supporting development environment can have access to prod allowed in ITIL?

Please help
