Re: Samsung Copier Million Page Test "A Tree Massacre"
Seems my Blog about the million page test was not that well received with Samsung. They complained to ENX Magazine who then pulled the blog off their site. Whatever happened to FREE Press? I think I figured out what happened. Their PR company accidentally sent out a press release from 15 years ago, not realizing that the core messages they put out were no longer relevant. It's like having Comcast put out a press release that they just bought an ISP and they are going to completely disrupt the dial-up internet market.

Haha! Something pretty funny in with one of the links below. "Moving closer to the paperless office". This was fifteen years ago. Do you remember the Ricoh C1224? Was a color MFP that had a speed of 12 pages per minute in color and 24 pages per minute in black. Needless to say that Ricoh never informed sales that the copier would go into auto calibrate during a print or copy run for up to minutes! In the past I've called my self a hunter of wide format devices. I'm know moving on to call myself a hunter for color labels, which will lead me to placing net new label presses. I guess the BIG news of the week from ten years ago was ere 50 cuts that Ricoh performed that week. However, that was right after the IKON purchase and within four months (end of Japanese) there was to be major cuts with high level legacy employees.
