Re: GEM Program coming to an end?

Well I suppose someone up the food chain decided Ricoh needed a higher average gross margin. So, in their infinite wisdom, they decided to take away the GSA Promo pricing for down the street type accounts; assuming of course all the sales we have made utilizing the GSA Promo pricing will continue to poor in. What they should have done, if they had their thinking caps on, since a majority of sales are lease sales, would have been to tack on an additional 3-5 points to the DLL/Citi RMAP lease...

CIT is not Citi Capital, they are the old Newcourt Financial, they were owned last year by TYCO Capital and were spun off mid 2003. We have beeen doing business with them for three years, and through out the three years they have been a very gracious and valued vendor. However as of late when thier (ours too) deals have been getting into the 36 month term of a 60 month lease. They are now hedging an upgrading the customer with their own money (I can not blame them). But they are making it...

law firms next big targets for data breach

bandit41076 ·
By Nate Lord Without breach notification requirements in place, it can be hard to gauge the popularity of law firms as targets for cyber criminals. But if recent findings are any indication, the legal industry may well be the next lowest hanging fruit for attackers. Last week, the New York Times DealBook published a story about Citigroup’s recent finding that major U.S. law firms are frequently experiencing data breaches yet rarely disclose these events publicly. This finding came to light...

I feel like sharing our emails that work for obtaining appointments is something that should go to a private chat. Not knowing what competition abounds on this forum, it'd be like giving away our secrets to getting in on a deal. I've found a simple, quick intro followed up with a request has worked. Getting into specifics if you have them from your CRM has gotten traction, but it all really depends on the customer. One big thing, in particular these days, is the fact that I'm sure DM's or...

@TML The RNC is fractured in NJ and has been that way for the last 20 - 30 years. We can win a Governorship, but we can't win where it counts for change and that's with the state senate and assembly. However this year we gained seats in both houses and knocked out the second most powerful dem in the state, It's still a tough road for red in NJ
