On the 19th, 29th and 21st of this month, there is a webinar about quoting tools for copier dealers. It is interesting when you consider how long it takes for most of us to put together quotes. I'm a fan of Perfect Copier web quoting tool, because web based quoting tool saves me an incredible amount of time. Over the last two months I've done about twenty proposals. I just completed my first training session with Jesse for the Perfect Copier quoting tool. I was able to load three models and accessories pretty easily. I really liked the ease of use the ability to customize. In addition it was really simple to quote three devices and show them on one web page. I could also download each for a .pdf. I think the best bet is to develop the web quote and show that while in front of the client. More to come as I get to know more and use the quoting tool more...

After spending 45 minutes with Jesse late night on how to input pricing and customization. I was able to complete my first web and document proposal. Mind you, the first one had some errors, but after a quick call with Jesse, I found out what I was doing wrong. Mt second quote took only ten minutes! I have a web quote and a hard copy to boot.
