Sounds like you need to move to where your cousin lives and set up a copier company that gives good service. Cousin can be your first customer.

Canon has a solution called Authorized Send that allows Scan to OneDrive which I believe is what you mean by MS 365. You can browse sub-folders and create new ones from the MFP with this. MSRP is $1100 per device. They also have uniFLOW One (Online) and uniFLOW).
