Boy, I sure do like smoked salmon, I used to go to upstate NY for salmon fishing, haven't been there in years. We would fish the tributaries of Lake Ontario. I'd catch some salmon and the send it to the smoke shop. If I caught salmon on the first day of the trip. I would have smoked salmon waiting for me when I got home!!! One day, I had the NY State record King Salmon dragged in front of me all 47lbs of it. That was then not sure what the record is now.
