Ricoh MP C501SP for Scanning & Copying

I have two of these in the field. However never saw one up close. This is an A3 device that was limited to A4 with the change of the paper trays.

1) This systems does have the 11x17 platen glass correct? If so will it scan 11x17?

2)Is the by-pass tray still intact, will it accept 11x17 through the by-pass?
