Thanks Art. We are using simple authentication here and found that it does work when using direct tcp/ip printing but not when going through a print server.

The other brands of copiers that we deal with (Toshiba, Sharp, Kyocera) don't have that problem with their PS drivers. Interesting to see what the bug in their driver is.
