Policies for return to work during COVID19

this came to me today from one of my accounts.  Looks like remote meeting will be the new normal for some time.  Thoughts?

Guidelines for Re-opening the {Insert Paris Name} and Returning to Work

{Insert Start Date} through October 2, 2020 (unless changes required sooner)

In an effort to maintain a safe environment for employees while resuming parish operations, the parish offices will begin to reopen for work on {Insert Date}.  However, there will be limitations on the number of people in the office at one time and the appropriate social distancing must be maintained.  Please note, while the building is reopened and employees can come to work, if possible, employees should continue to be encouraged to work remotely if their work can be accommodated.  (Anyone with health concerns should request special accommodations)

Before any staff member can return to work, they will need to:

  1. complete and sign the attached Health Screening Form.
  2. review and acknowledge the Covid-19 Health Alert Building Access Policy.
  3. sign and acknowledge Staff Guidelines noted below.

Once in the building, staff members will need to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • 1/3 staff work from 9:00am-2:30pm
  • 1/3 staff work from 9:30am-3:00pm
  • Start times assigned with odd/even days and not to change
  1. No Cafeteria or Coffee Service
  2. No In-Person Meetings
  3. No Visitors to the parish offices
  4. Maintain appropriate social distancing
  5. No Morning Mass or Evening Prayer (specific to Chancery)
  6. Everyone MUST wear a mask when not at their workstation

  1. Wash your hands often!
