Capital Business Systems, an independent office equipment dealer with offices in Grand Junction, has become an authorized Ricoh branded dealer partner.
The partnership with Ricoh will enable Capital Business Systems to provide customers with additional products, computer software and support to meet their printing and document management needs. Ricoh merged with Lanier in 2007, but has since operated with both brand names. Capital Business Systems will use Ricoh branding to bolster brand recognition. But customers with Lanier equipment will continue to receive support and services.
