(NYSE:IGI - News) introduced today the cm3530 and cm4530, two multifunctional devices (MFPs) designed to meet the demands of busy offices simply and easily and bring the power of color to everyday documents. These advanced but easy-to-use MFPs are equipped with a full suite of functions that include printing, copying, scanning and faxing. They deliver cost and space-saving advantages to customers using multiple single-function devices. Versatile, they allow control and management of color use without sacrificing the speed, quality and flexibility of the other functions.

Network Ready Out of the Box
Designed to provide high productivity benefits for today's office, the cm3530 and cm4530 are shipped network ready for printing, scanning and Internet faxing. With standard 10/100 BaseT, USB and Parallel connections, they support PCL5c, PCL6 and Postscript and have an easy-to-use driver that includes confidential print features. Scan to e-mail is standard with e-mail lookup made easy through LDAP compatibility. Scanning to FTP, File, and HDD is also supported, and the standard 60GB HDD and innovative Box function allows customers to store scanned, printed, or copied documents at the device and retrieve them later for printing or forwarding as e-mail attachments, faxes or as files to other PCs. A Super G3 fax option with second line capability is also available for convenient walk-up faxing.
Powerful Workgroup MFP Capabilities are Standard
In addition to being network ready, the cm3530 and cm4530 are shipped standard with a 60GB HDD, 384 MB RAM, two 550-sheet paper drawers, 100 sheet RADF, auto duplex, and 100 sheet stack bypass. With a maximum paper capacity of 3700 sheets, a selection of finishing options and a maximum monthly volume of up to 150,000, the cm3530 and cm4530 offer customers piece of mind knowing these are robust network MFP solutions that have the added benefit and value of convenience color.
Ease of Use and Accessibility
The cm3530 and cm4530 offer Rehabilitation Act (Section 508) compliant features such as an ergonomic LCD touch screen control panel with oversized and intuitive graphic icons for ease of use. Additionally, they have a 45-degree tilting capability to enhance visibility and ease of operation for users of all heights.
The cm3530 and cm4530 are networked MFPs that offer high quality 35 and 45-ppm black-and-white with 11-ppm convenience color.
