- Repeat Business Systems Inc. (RBS), headquartered in Albany, NY, announced it acquired the assets of Databranch in Olean, New York
o Databranch has been serving local, regional, national, and international businesses in western/central New York and northwestern Pennsylvania since 1985
o Repeat Business Systems now services 14,000-plus customers throughout New York, Vermont Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
o The projected revenue will be in excess of $20 million.
- CompassMSP, a managed IT service provider (MSP) headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with locations throughout the Northeastern US and Florida, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Mother Network Guardian LLC dba MotherG, an MSP in Chicago, IL.
o CompassMSP has offices in Miami, FL, Tampa, FL, Princeton, NJ and Wyomissing, PA with more than 130 team members and serving more than 500 clients
