Reply to ""currently no printer online" error"

Take the Interface PCB print board out of the controller PC and place in another open available slot. Use slot #2 or #3.
Turn off the copier and turn it back on then turn on the computer. Make sure to do it in this order.
See if the message clears up.
Has the customer had any power spikes recently?
