Right after the new year, when people were still in a festive mood, the staffs of RICOH East China Regional Office have already started preparing RICOH year 2004 East China regional dealers meeting.
At the invitation of our company and accompanied by Mr. Hideyuki Memoto, general representative of East China Regional Office, dealers from East China region entered into the conference hall of the Fulihua Hotel, Dalian where they gathered.
Mr. Hideyuki Nemoto pointed out emphatically during the meeting that the objective of RICOH is to become a well-known international enterprise with reliability and attractiveness and enable customer to use RICOH products at ease and reliably by improving degree of satisfaction of the customer and business environment. He also discussed with the agents about detailed approaches for various links of sales and after-sale service. In 2004, the arrangements for meetings up to date have been the meeting of main dealers from various provinces and cities held in Dalian on January 9th and that of the dealers of main models held in Beijing on January 12th. Visits to the dealers located in 13 provinces and cities in East China region and discussions with them have been conducted since then.
During the meeting Mr. Hideyuki Nemoto compared with the past, fully affirmed the performance achieved last year and awarded the prizes to those who reached the targets in year 2003. In the meantime, he made analysis and forecast about the market in 2004 and explained the sales policies for the year 2004. Surrounding the theme of “customer first” and integrated with actual circumstances of different regions, the meeting has discussed various topics including agency, education of commodity, after-sale service and coordination with different subsidiaries. That has fully motivated the regional dealers. The dealers has enthusiastically signed the contract, laying a good foundation for achieving sales targets this year. The meeting concluded in a warm atmosphere.
