PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HAN**** COUNTY SHERIFF'F OFFICE IN SNEEDVILLE, TENNESSEE WILL BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS FOR An INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGED SERVICE AGREEMENT TO INCLUDE:

1. Term of Agreement sought for one year. Options for year 2 and year 3

2. Pricing, Plan and Payment for service on 54 Computer(s),

3. Coverage to include Remote Helpdesk and Vendor Management of Client's IT networks.

4. Network Monitoring Service for 24/7/365.

5. Licensed Antivirus protection on systems to include antivirus updates and Virus Recovery from damages caused by virus infection not detected.

6. Ongoing monitoring and security services of all critical devices.

7. Providing monthly reports and documenting critical alerts, scans, and event resolutions.

SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 29, 2023 AT 10:00 AM AT THE HAN**** COUNTY COURTHOUSE, PO BOX 347, SNEEDVILLE TENNESSEE 37869, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE ABOVE SCHEDULED CLOSING TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OR RETURNED. FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
