Allow me to clarify, I'm not trying to put down the Savin/Ricoh color machine.  We have sold Several of the C3224 & C2820 machines.  We even have a couple of the C3210 series put in by Savin major accounts.  We have had nearly no problems compared to the

You might call ebu - Equipment Brokers Unlimited (800)711-2815...Ask for Dave Marder or Ricki. They always have a ton of used Ricoh inventory because Ricoh is all they do and they are a dealer. They have helped me out with accessories in the past but

Anybody have feedback on this yet?  I have a real estate agent that was looking at the HP 3700dn ... the Ricoh 4000dn is awesome as far as specs go, kicks the HP by speed, supplies, paper weight ... but is it a good machine?

, glossy/coated, out of spec stuff, it ran it all. We have been burnt before by the 204/305/306/Cl5000 junk so I am always skeptical about the Ricoh line when it comes to anything but 28 lb bond or less. We carry HP also and I have to admit that it looks like

I'm not up to date on the Savin/Ricoh line of color copiers so correct me if I'm wrong.  The 1224 is a B&W machine with color capability.  Meaning it can print color, but this is not what it is designed for.  This machine is designed for the customer

Bill: Some of this post refers to one machine, some another. The 1224 is the inferior product, the other Ricoh products are rock solid.
