Third Week of January 2003

Please click our DocuWare link.  Our industry is moving at full speed for business intelligence solutions.

There's so many opportunities for us especially after another week of classified documents with former VP Pence.  Think about this what are the controls in your business so documents do not leave the premise, checked in and out, along with water marking all documents with security levels when printed, scanned or copied.

I'm thinking we can use Trump and Biden as the poster boys for our campaigns.  The banner above is clickable and please check them out because it also helps me to pay the bills

Did you ever resolve this problem? I have a client who is trying to print 300-500 page .pdf files and the 1035 I just sold them only prints them at about 6-8

Why Are Parts So Hard To Get?

shops do not sell parts. But a copier dealer sells copiers, toner, and service (with parts as part of service billing.) People in the office machine business expect to or at least attempt to, acquire all business related to their primary focus. The selling dealer hopes to sell service. The servicing dealer hopes that customers who came to him for service will buy their next machine from him. Art, yea I know Ricoh has a rebate program but only if you purchase the product at the highest dealer price; can't be used for DMAP, RMAP, GSA, etc. (in other words it is not a real program most of us could use). We just lost a deal to IKON with both proposing the Aficio 1055. It looks like, even though the account is a 'down-the-street' type of account, that IKON had pricing that equates to DMAP 8. IKON is in an enviable position regarding being able to 'play' Ricoh against Canon and visa

If you can get some of the wood for samples, I believe in a tight situation, running this through the machine could make the sale. Then you could leave a piece for the competition to run through their machine on demo. Who knows, the competition may be foolish enough to try it and it may ruin their machine. (wishful thinking).

There are a couple of settings in the machine: First, go to service programs and set service program 5974 to 1. This tells the machine that you have the Pro version. Power cycle the machine and you should now have some more options in user tools, system settings under file transfer I think. One of those settings will tell it to forward faxes with a subcode to SR Pro. Sorry I can't be a bit more specific. Hope this helps and let me know if you need further assistance! Thanks!
