I'm hear to tell you not to lease the copier that you just signed the paperwork for. I was greeting with, "why do you have a better deal for me?" With that we went over the T's C's and my DM was able to tell me that we're 95% that this will happen. He just needs to talk with one other person (I'm thinking it's his marketing person). Hey Gang, I caught wind of a Canon program (likely direct MPS) that offers a number of incentives for long-term/fleet customers. - Canon 10 years warranty support - Free controller refreshment offered to the customers after 10 years use. I am seeing more of that with wide format recently and I am not sure why. Most of what I have seen has been where they are running the same volume as before but they just don't want to have a machine anymore so they outsource it and it doesn't seem to matter if the machine was leased to them for a $1 a month they still wouldn't do it.
