Differentiating the price buyer from the value buyer was a conversation I had last week with one of our VIP/Premium Print4Pay Hotel members.

I'll start with why I found this to be an important topic.  If you follow or are connecting with many of the sales soothsayers on Linkedin most of them are missing the point when it comes to selling.  Note I did not mention sales but "selling" which is the act of closing the deal.  you can read more here

I recently sold a few of the smaller Ricoh printers (not from Rosetta) and have them using the Rosetta MICR cartridges. There is a small tab on the cartridge that needs to be removed. back in the day I use to reman cartridges and I know you can or could buy MIRC toner for almost any printer or copier

Sharp Charging Environmental Fee

I was with a new prospective client yesterday and she gave me the proposal from sharp. After I get done throwing up at the price of service (.0075 for 2,000 b/w pages and .045 for 1,000 color pages) I notice they are charging her a $3.00 environmental fee. Now $3.00 a month over 63 months is not a lot of money but it is 189.00 that the customer feels like isn't necessary. I don't know if they are doing this all over but the explanation was that because they used toner in the machine they were
